Shipping & Delivery

We work with DPD and FedEx for reliable and fast worldwide shipping. The carrier used depends on the destination country.

Every order is shipped in a neutral, unmarked outer box. The package contains no reference to Spankmachine.com, no product description and no indication of the contents. The sender name on the label is neutral.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your shipment to your door.

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment and handed to the carrier.

For deliveries within the European Union we offer DDP shipping. This means all import duties and local VAT are pre-paid — you will not face surprise costs on receipt.

For shipments outside the EU (including USA, UK, Canada, Australia) local import duties and VAT may apply, payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination country and order weight. We do not offer free shipping.

If your order has not (fully) arrived or arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of (expected) delivery date at contact@spankmachine.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
