Impact Play Anatomy: Safe Zones and No-Go Zones
The body has zones that tolerate impact well, zones that bruise quickly, and zones to avoid entirely. Knowing the difference is non-optional knowledge for anyone delivering impact.
Safe zones
These zones have padding and tolerate sustained impact:
- Lower buttocks (most padded area)
- Mid buttocks
- Upper outer thighs (light intensity only)
- Upper back muscle (very light, advanced)
Caution zones
The sit spot, where buttocks meet thigh, is sensitive and bruises faster than the buttocks proper. The upper thighs have major nerve bundles — light, controlled impact only. Avoid the inner thigh entirely.
No-go zones
Never strike these — risk is disproportionate to any erotic value:
- Spine
- Kidneys (lower back, sides)
- Tailbone
- Joints (hips, elbows, knees)
- Neck and head
- Breasts and genitals (separate, specialised practice)
How a machine helps you stay safe
A spanking machine fixed at a chosen height and angle delivers strikes to the same zone every time. By contrast, a tired hand drifts. Mechanical consistency is genuinely safer when you know how to set it up.
In summary
Memorise the zones. Set the machine for the safe one. The map is short and the rules are stable — there is no excuse for guessing.
