Which payment methods do you accept?
Via our payment provider Mollie we accept: iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SOFORT, EPS, Giropay, Przelewy24, KBC, Belfius, and pay-later via Klarna and Riverty. We do NOT accept PayPal.
Can I pay later?
Yes, pay-later is available via Klarna and Riverty. Additional terms of the payment provider apply.
Can I order without an account?
Yes, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account is optional and offers benefits such as access to your order history.
Can I order as a business?
Yes, business orders are possible. Enter your company name and VAT number at checkout. EU businesses outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number get 0% VAT (reverse charge).
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you automatically receive an invoice by email after your order.
Are prices shown including or excluding VAT?
Product pages show prices excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before final order placement.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via DPD and FedEx.
How long does delivery take?
EU 15–25 business days, USA 12–20, UK 15–25, rest of world 18–30 business days. Delivery times are indicative.
Is there track & trace?
Yes, after dispatch you receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your shipment.
What is DDP shipping?
DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. For deliveries within the EU we offer DDP, meaning all import duties and VAT are pre-paid — you will not face surprise costs on receipt.
Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. Every order is shipped in a neutral, unmarked box. No brand name, no product description, no indication of the contents. The sender name on the label is neutral.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, we charge shipping based on destination country and weight. Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We apply the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and voluntarily extend this to 30 days, provided the sealed packaging is unopened. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (art. 6:230p sub f Dutch Civil Code).
What if I have already opened the box?
Once the sealed packaging is opened, the right of return lapses for hygiene reasons. This is in line with Dutch law for products that cannot be returned for health protection reasons.
Who pays return shipping?
The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the consumer.
How much warranty do I get?
All products carry a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. In addition you have your statutory rights under Dutch law.
My product arrived defective — what now?
Contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@spankmachine.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Are the products CE certified?
Yes, all products are CE certified under EU RED 2014/53/EU.
Which plug types are supported?
EU (Type C/F), UK (Type G) and US (Type A) — you choose at checkout.
How loud are the machines?
Designed for quiet operation, suitable for homes and apartments where privacy matters.
How do I clean the product?
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge in water. Detailed instructions are included with every product.
Do I need to be 18+?
Yes, our products are intended exclusively for adult users 18 and over. You confirm this at checkout.

What do you do with my data?
We use your data exclusively for processing your order, customer service and legal obligations. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our full privacy policy for details.
Do you use tracking cookies?
No. We use only functional cookies. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising cookies.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to contact@spankmachine.com with your deletion request. We process your request within one month in accordance with GDPR.
